We have an ambitious 5 year strategic plan that aims to take The Foundation even closer to realising our vision of ending avoidable blindness.
Reporting to the Senior Program Manager – Viet Nam, the Program Manager will oversee the project development, planning, implementation and monitoring & evaluation. In this position you will develop highly collaborative relationships with the ministry level and other key partners and stakeholders to realise and achieve our goals and objectives for our FHF projects in Viet Nam.
The successful candidate will bring a strong background in program cycle management, operational and strategic leadership, budgeting and financial management, partnership management and highly developed communication skills. We are looking to recruit a talented local professional who understands the Viet Nam health and education sectors and has the passion and drive to make a significant contribution to ending avoidable blindness.
Fluency in written and spoken English as well as the ability to travel domestically and internationally will also be essential.
